When we moved to Florida, we tried several local boatyards to do our maintenance work. None of them compared to the quality and professionalism we experienced with A&M in the past. When our engines needed rebuilding, we decided to bring our boat over 400 miles on a single engine so that we could have Michael and his team do the work. They are very knowledgeable, factory certified, prompt, clean and have excellent communication. We love getting the daily update with photos and videos of the work done that day.

My heart sunk when you called to tell me that the stuffing box had failed and it was going to be six months before they could build another one. Two weeks later, you built me a new one from scratch. I didn’t even know it was possible. When you say under promise and over-deliver, you really mean it. Michael, thank you for saving the season for us!

When my boat was brand new it had a black smoking issue. After years of living with it, I finally gave up, then we went out for a sea trail. You said it was a bad timing gear on the engine. Sure enough, it was, and the boat picked up 3 knots! Michael, where were you 6 years ago?!

Do you have a magic wand in order to get stuff out? I still can’t figure out how you changed out the generator and the transmission in our Hatteras motor yacht. Thank you for being there for us whenever we need you!

Michael, when you said you are available 24/7 and I texted at 2 am on a Sunday, and you got right back to me, I was shocked!! Your communication during the job is second to none. I always looked forward to the emails and pictures at the end of the day. I still can’t believe that you are able to get the boat cleaner every time you are there!
